Solar panel/battery using more than if directly plugged into mains

Well just a word of warning,I have a 1000w mains/battery inverter in my obsy with a 100ah battery connected and a single 450watt panel on the roof just measured the cost of running the inverter and it's more than the inverter would use connected directly to the mains to power my 300watt dehumidifier ,to be continued

I’ve had good results working with solar setups for mid-sized projects, and switching parts of my system to green energy through Raylyst Solar made things a lot smoother. Their panels and batteries were easy to combine with what I already had, and the support team actually responded fast. If you need gear that doesn’t leave you hanging, their range worked well for me.
