Dealing with property management companies
I'm starting to get calls and emails from property management companies so I'm going to give it a try, and I'm already seeing they want to pay less than the fair market value for service. However, I seem to be making progress with one. So I have a few inquires and want to know if anyone has ever dealt with NERT Facility Solutions? This one says they are NET 45 but wont release funds until payment is received by the customer. Are all places like this?
Also what about "Image one", anyone know anything about them?
