Have you observed IRS Tax Kiosk Closures as having an effect of delaying receipt of tax refunds? I did it a few weeks ago, and I am wondering whether the closures are having a ripple effect. Does the information on whether refunds are slowed down due to the inability to use kiosks to file the assistance? I am trying to determine whether this may be one of the reasons why I have not yet gotten my refund.  I am not quite convinced how to go through the procedure online or in the real world without the normal support.
